In the Feeling Forest, we like to talk about our feelings.
We use 'I' statements like 'I feel happy when I play with my friends.' or 'I feel sad when I lose my toy.'. We share our feelings with our friends and family, and they listen with kind hearts.

Welcome to the Feelings Forest! Like any real forest, the emotional landscape of a child is vast, beautiful, and sometimes a little wild.
Between the ages of 3 and 7, children experience big, vivid emotions but don't always have the vocabulary to explain them. That's where our forest friends come in.
This book is designed to be read together. As you explore, remember: there are no "good" or "bad" feelings in this forest, all of them belong.
